A building management system is provided to manage even detailed information which an existing building management system cannot manage, through a remote integrated management server, thereby increasing a user's convenience. A central control system centrally controls sub systems. A multi-air conditioning system(200) consists of an outdoor unit and more than one indoor unit connected with the outdoor unit. Backnet gateways(300) become connection passages between the multi-air conditioning system and the central control system, so that the central control system centrally controls the multi-air conditioning system. A remote integrated management server(400) controls the multi-air conditioning system by linking with the backnet gateways.
