ORGANIC ELECTRO LUMINESCENCE DISPLAY

An organic electroluminescence display is provided to perform an input function and to improve display quality by forming a touch panel unit on an organic light emitting display panel without a separate transparent substrate. An organic electroluminescence display includes an organic light emitting display panel unit(1000) and a touch panel unit(2000). The touch panel unit is formed on the organic light emitting panel unit and includes a phase retardation plate(400) and a polarizing plate(500). The touch panel unit further includes a lower transparent electrode(320) formed on the organic light emitting panel unit, a base film(302) formed on the lower transparent electrode and having an upper transparent electrode(310), protrusions(330) formed on the upper or lower transparent electrode, and a common electrode formed between the upper and lower transparent electrodes.
