FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: tinned chicken salad is produced by the following way. Chicken meat is sliced and fried with vegetable oil; chestnuts are boiled, peeled and diced; lettuce and parsley are cut and frozen; grapes are blanched. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with table salt, cream and mayonnaise mixed, packed, tinned and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: enables to produce new tinned food which has improved digestibility. |
