A digital scribble pad is provided to store memo, to be easy to output the memo or the image, and to enable a user to keep precious moments lively. A digital scribble pad includes a watch(100), an LCD touch screen(200), an operating button(310), a detecting button(320), a power button(330), a camera(400), sensors, memory and a controller. The watch includes an hour plate(110), the hour hand ring(120), and the minute hand ring(130). The LCD touch plate touch screen, the operating button, the detecting button, the power button and the sensors are installed in the watch. The first sensor detects the position of the hour hand, the second sensor detects the position of the minute hand, and the third sensor detects a user's touch on the LCD touch screen. If the user turns the power button on, the digital scribble pad is driven. The operating button makes the camera capture image of a recording state on the LCD touch screen and appearance of the user and stores the captured image at a memory. The detecting button is used when the content stored at the memory is displayed on the LCD touch screen. The camera also is installed in the watch. If the user pushes the operating button and records content on the LCD touch screen, the camera captures the image of the recorded content and the user's appearance. The memory stores the captured content on each day. The controller controls driving the camera by the third sensor, storing the captured content at the memory on each day, and if the user pushes the detecting button and sets date when content was recorded, displaying the content at that time on the LCD touch screen. The controller receives signals from the first and the second sensor and controls changing date.
