<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for die casting, wherein molten metal is uniformly distributed into a plurality of cavities and the casting is made possible only at one time of casting so that the plurality of products have high quality and are uniformed. <P>SOLUTION: One set of the first and second dies which can be clamped and opened, are included. In these dies, the plurality of cavities 31 is formed so that the plurality of cast products having the same shapes is simultaneously cast. Runners 9 for introducing the molten metal to each cavity 31 from a sprue 15 at a plunger side are included. The runners are formed with a first distributing part 10 extended to the position corresponding to each cavity 31 in the direction crossing at the right angle to the die clamping and the die opening for dies from the dies sprue 15 side, and a second distributing part 51 in each cavity 31 for connecting the cavity 31 through the first distributing part 10. In the second distributing part 51, front and rear directional extending parts 51a extended parallel to the die-clamping and the die-opening directions, respectively from downstream side end part 10a in each cavity 31 of the first distributing part 10, are arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
