PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber cement composition capable of sufficiently increasing the adhesiveness between the same kind or different kind of rubber components in an unvulcanized or vulcanized state compared with that in the case of conventional compositions and to provide a pneumatic tire produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The rubber cement composition is produced by compounding a laminar clay mineral and a phenolic resin to a rubber component. Preferably, the amount of the laminar clay mineral is 0.1-10 pts.mass and that of the phenolic resin is 0.1-100 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the rubber component. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
