PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for foundation concrete which is for use in placing the foundation concrete for fixing an anchor bolt to the ground when an erection structure such as a support or a pole is rigidly erected on the ground via the anchor bolt fixed to the ground, wherein the form is light in weight and easy to be handled compared with a conventional concrete form, allows an operator to carry out work without limitation even in a narrow construction place, and brings about the foundation concrete having excellent unity imparted thereto. SOLUTION: The form for foundation concrete is formed of a bottom frame 12, an upper frame 14 having recesses 14b formed at the upper opening edge thereof, in which ends of a holding member 15 for vertically holding the anchor bolts 16 are stored, and at least one intermediate frame 13 arranged between the bottom frame 12 and the upper frame 14. The bottom frame 12, the intermediate frame 13, and the upper frame 14 have projections 12a, 13a and 14a formed on side surfaces in the frames, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
