PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and certainly prevent the opening of a door 7 of a nail supplying path 6 between a magazine 4 and a nose portion 3 at actual driving. SOLUTION: In the door latch structure of a driving tool, the door 7 is attached to a rotating shaft 8 parallel with the nose portion 3 so as to rotate to open/close, and a latch fitting 10 provided on the door 7 is engaged with a receiving portion 15 formed on the nose portion 3 side to close. The latch fitting 10 is energized so as to rotate in a closing direction by a spring, and when closing, an inside surface 16 of an engaging hook 14 of the latch fitting 16 is made to slide along an outside surface 17 of the receiving portion 15 to be engaged. On the outside surface 17 of the receiving portion 15, an interfering portion 19 interfering with the inside surface 16 of the engaging hook 14 when the latch fitting 10 rotates in an opening direction is formed.
