PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a portable terminal low-profile while fixing a plurality of substrates in a case. SOLUTION: The portable terminal is provided with: a substrate 10 mounted with an electronic component 13 and a shield component 14; a double-sided tape 40 adhered to the shield component 14; a substrate 20 adhered to a face of the double-sided tape 40, the face being opposite from a face thereof of the substrate 10 side, and mounted with an electronic component 21 on a face of the substrate 20, the face being opposite from an adhesion face thereof with the double-sided tape 40; an upper case 3a arranged on the face of the substrate 10, the face being opposite from the double-sided tape 40 side; a lower case 3b arranged on the side of the electronic component 21, the side being opposite from the substrate 20 side, and combined with the upper case 3a; and a frame 30 arranged between the upper case 3a and the lower case 3b and having an opening part 30a at a position corresponding to the electronic component 21. An assembly comprising the substrate 10, the double-sided tape 40 and the substrate 20 is held between the upper case 3a and the lower case 3b.
