PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal in which a frame member is supported by a hinge member without increasing the size of a casing and without restraining the arrangement layout of internal parts. SOLUTION: This mobile terminal comprises a first rotating member rotated around a first rotating shaft and a hinge member having a second rotating member rotated around a second rotating shaft perpendicular to the first rotating shaft. A display side casing connected to the first rotating member and a key side casing connected to the second rotating member are so connected to each other as to be rotated relative to each other around the first and second rotating shafts. The display side casing 11 contains an LCD unit 21 and an LCD frame 20 disposed opposite to the LCD unit 21. The LCD frame 20 has a contact portion 32 positioned on the opposite side of the hinge member 13 in the first rotating axis X direction more than the end part portion 32 of the LCD unit 21 opposed to the end part of the hinge member 13.
