PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet having a simple water-resistant structure and capable of inhibiting an article such as a packing case arranged thereon from undergoing deterioration in the strength of the article. SOLUTION: The pallet 10 comprises a bottom plate member 12. On the bottom plate member 12, a top plate member 14 is arranged in parallel to the bottom plate member 12 at a predetermined interval. Between the bottom plate member 12 and the top plate member 14, leg members 16 for connecting the bottom plate member 12 and the top plate member 14 are arranged. On the top plate member 14, article supporting members 20A and 20B are arranged. On the upper faces of the article supporting members 20A and 20B, supporting recessed parts 24a and 24b for supporting a specified article are provided. Between the top plate member 14 and the article supporting members 20A and 20B, a sheet-like member 34 with water resistance is arranged so as to cover the whole undersurface of the article supporting members 20A and 20B.
