PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal which can realize detection of leaving behind with high accuracy by the terminal alone. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal has a communication means 15; an operation means 16; a GPS 17; sensors 18 and 19 for detecting a state of the mobile communication terminal; a clock means 20 for clocking the elapsed time of a state where the sensors maintain a predetermined output; a storing means 14 for storing preset specific area information and accumulation information of a present location acquired by a present location acquiring means; a leaving behind determining means 21 for detecting that the occurrence of leaving behind, when there is no input from the operation means, that the latest present location information is not within the specific area information, and it is also determined that the output of the clock means exceeds a predetermined time; an informing means 13; and a control means 11 executing an output of the informing means 13, when mislaying is detected by the mislaying determining means 21.
