PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram recording device where a stable intermittent operation is realized, and a hologram can be recorded at a high speed and high precision. SOLUTION: The hologram recording device is provided with: an incidence angle variable irradiation means 20 for changing the incidence angle of reference light; an incidence angle changing indication means 30 performing the changing indication of the incidence angle at a prescribed timing; a feed back control means 43 operating the incidence angle variable irradiation means 20 by feed back control every time the changing incidence of the incidence angle; and a feed forward compensation means 50 learning a feed back control signal (FB control signal) output from the feed back control means 43 for every changing incidence of the incidence angle and further performing feed forward compensation regarding the following feed back control signal based on the learnt result.
