PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric sake warmer, in which sake in a sake vessel can be easily warmed to be hard to cool. SOLUTION: A concave heat shielding member 12 is provided in a heating device 2, and a heating part 5 is provided on an installation part 12B formed at a bottom part of the heat shielding member 12. Since an upper surface 13B of a heat transmission member 13 composing the heating part 5 is positioned below an upper end of an opening part 11 of the heating device 2, a lower outer surface of the sake vessel 3 is covered with an upper part of the heating device 2 and the heat shielding member 12 as the sake vessel 3 is placed over the heating part 5, so that loss of heat from sake through the sake vessel 3 due to heat radiation from the sake vessel 3 and convection or the like of air around the sake vessel is restricted. In addition, since the heating part 5 only slightly communicates with external air through a slight gap between the sake vessel 3 and the heat shielding member 12 as the sake vessel 3 is placed over the heating part 5, direct transmission of heat to the external air from the heating part 5 can also be restricted.
