PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover refrigerating machine oil accumulated in a coolant circuit without impairing a heating capacity. SOLUTION: When a calculated value of an oil amount calculating part 51 becomes a predetermined value or more during heating operation, an operation frequency of a compressor 21 is raised for recovering the refrigerating machine oil in the coolant circuit R by a frequency control part 52 of a controller 50.
