<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure transparency almost the same as that of glass while holding high heat resistance capable of withstanding a retort temperature in a rigid three-dimensional retort food container. <P>SOLUTION: The retort food container is molded by molding a laminated sheet, which has an oxygen gas barrier base material layer and the uniaxially stretched A-PET sheet layers, which are laminated on both sides of the oxygen gas barrier base material layer, under heating and thermally fixing the molded laminated sheet. The uniaxially stretched A-PET sheet layer is formed by heating an A-PET sheet to 90-120°C to uniaxially stretching the heated A-PET sheet in an MD direction (longitudinal direction) by 2-5 times and subsequently thermally fixing the stretched sheet at a temperature higher than the stretching temperature by 5-20°C. The thermal molding of the laminated sheet is performed by thermally molding the laminated sheet at 80-130°C by a pressure forming or vacuum/pressure forming method. The thermal fixing of the molded laminated sheet is performed in a mold, which is subjected to thermal molding, at 160°C or above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
