摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor in a synchronous motor, which minimizes a fluctuation in magnetization of a magnet, and is excellent in a motor torque characteristic. SOLUTION: The rotor 1 in the synchronous motor comprises: the magnet 2 disposed on a plane facing a stator, and having a shape with a nonuniform radial thickness; and a back yoke 3 having a polygonal plane contacting the magnet 2. In the manufacturing method of the rotor 1 in the synchronous motor, the back yoke 3 is disposed and fixed so as to shift a phase to a magnetic field applied from the outside and to magnetize the magnet 2 at a predetermined angle in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the rotor 1, and the magnet 2 is magnetized.
