In conventional microchip inspection devices, there is such a problem that air bubbles are generated or dusts are intruded into a micropump when air is sucked into the micropump, and therefore, a liquid cannot be accurately fed. In order to overcome the problem, the purpose of this invention is to provide a microchip inspection device which may have a high measurement accuracy by providing a suction means for sucking bubbles and dusts into the flow passage for feeding a drive liquid.
