PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for an electricity steal prevention irrespectable of receptacle of the room inside and outside without large mounting space, in which the electricity steal from various receptacles can be prevented, and furthermore, attachment and detachment to the receptacle becomes possible with a simple operation. SOLUTION: This is equipped with a case main body 3 equipped with plug blades 2a, 2b which form a pair insertable to a plug outlet of the receptacle, a movable pin 15 for locking which is protruded from the case main body 3 and housed in at least one of the plug blade (plug blade 2a), and is possible for displacement in the axial direction of the plug blade, and a cam mechanism (inclined cam 11) which is housed in the case main body 3 and which displaces the movable pin 15 for locking in the axial direction of the plug blade by being pivoted with a tool for locking, and a guide part 20 which is installed at the plug blade 2a and which makes the tip part of the movable pin 15 for locking protruded from the side face of the plug blade 2a accompanied with the displacement of the movable pin 15 for locking.
