PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circuit device in which circuit modules on a substrate having electric components formed thereon can be easily adjusted in height. SOLUTION: The electric circuit device has: a plurality of circuit modules 20 on a substrate having electric components mounted thereon and laminated with each other; connecting substrates 30, 40 disposed on at least one side of the plurality of circuit modules 20, coupling the first circuit module 20 and the second circuit module 20 at a predetermined interval, and electrically connecting the first and second circuit modules 20; and a forcibly air-cooling means for forcibly cooling with air the first and second circuit modules 20.
