A punching apparatus for a cushion is provided to make a through hole or a simple groove without compressing the cushion by performing punching, scrap collecting, and scrap separating easily with a rotating knife, a drill pin, and a separating pipe. A punching apparatus for a cushion comprises the followings: a working rest including a table where a prop with a lift is located and the cushion is laid; a punching unit(20) including a base(21) lifting and lowering along the lift, a motor, multiple driven wheels installed at the base for receiving power from the motor, and a knife(23) of a pipe shape connected to the each driven wheel; a scrap collecting unit(30) including a base bar(31) lifting and lowering along the lift, and multiple drill pins(33) installed at the base bar and arranged concentrically with the knife; and a scrap separating unit including a fixing frame(41) installed at the prop of the working rest, and a separating pipe(43) installed at the fixing frame, having a smaller outer diameter than inner diameter of the knife. |
