A radiation intensity control apparatus of an electron flash is provided to control an IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) by shutting off electric signals transmitted to a xenon tube with a reset IC(Integrated Circuit). A radiation intensity control apparatus of an electron flash comprises an IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,35) and a rest IC(Integrated Circuit,50). The IGBT applies voltage to and regulates a xenon tube(30). The reset IC, which connects with the IGBT electrically, controls radiation intensity. The reset IC holds electric signals transmitted to the IGBT for a predetermined time to control radiation intensity.
