An intermediary type B2B(Business-to-Business) EC(Electronic Commerce) system and an operating method thereof are provided to promote transaction of real users by enabling seller companies to open B2B EC sites in a mall-in-mall scheme through a portal site of an intermediary server, and enabling buyer companies to select/buy goods at a mall site connected through the portal site. An intermediary server stores buyer/seller company information, goods information, and sales information classified into each goods/seller company in a database, and constructs a portal site. A web server connects the intermediary server and the seller company through the Internet. A site generator provides a mall site by forming a menu based on mall contract information received from the seller company and setting a goods linking right. A mall site manager stores/manages order, goods management, and payment information of each mall. An authentication server authenticates a payment tool of the buyer computer by linking with an external CA(Certificate Authority) when the buyer company buys the goods at the mall site. |
