A cover jig for a fuel filter of a vehicle is provided to minimize the amount of melt fuel by maintaining the shape of a cover for a fuel filter. A cover jig for a fuel filter of a vehicle comprises a cover handle(700) and a burr handle(1000). The cover handle has the same shape as an intake port of a fuel filter. The cover handle includes an opening(71), into which the intake port is inserted, and a plane unit(72). Burr generated when pressing a cover and a case is inserted into the cover handle. The burr handle has a hollow unit to prevent pressing temperature from being increased when the burr is generated, and a tap for allowing the burr to be generated with a predetermined size. The tap includes a firs tap(82) and a second tap(83). The first tap has a round valley formed at the upper portion of the burr handle, and a protrusion having a predetermined size and protruding in the round valley.
