PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mean value calculation system, a mean value calculation method, and program. SOLUTION: The mean value calculation system is provided with an accumulation value calculation part which calculates n-th accumulation value by adding the sample value of the sample inputted into the n-th, the accumulation value in which the sample values of the samples of one or more inputted before (n-1)th are accumulated according to prescribed accumulation coefficient, and a multiplication value of the value responding to the accumulation coefficient; a storing part which memorizes the n-th accumulation value calculated by the accumulation value calculation part; a mean value calculation part which calculates n-th mean value of the sample values by multiplying n-th accumulation value memorized in the storing part by the accumulation coefficient; and an accumulation coefficient setting part 148 which sets the accumulation coefficients variably according to the inputted number of samples.
