PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch for which the pouring-out of a content is improved by cutting the film at folded sections mainly in a pouch having the folded-in section on the right and left films, and in addition, to provide a pouch having a good usability which can maintain the opened shape or the sealed shape of a spout. SOLUTION: In this pouch having the folded-in section which is formed by folding in the right and left films, a shape retaining member made of a thermoplastic resin is integrally formed along the folded-in section. At the same time, by folding-in the shape retaining member, the films at the folded-in section are folded in together with the shape retaining member, and the spout of the pouch is formed.
