PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow schedule adjustment to be quickly and surely performed.

SOLUTION: A requester terminal inputs schedule adjustment request information and transmits it to a schedule adjustment device 20 as an e-mail. The schedule adjustment device 20 analyzes the received e-mail to extract request contents information. The schedule adjustment device 20 collates a schedule registered by using groupware 4 with a schedule included in the extracted request contents information to specify a date of the schedule adjustment object. The schedule adjustment device 20 transmits schedule confirmation request information to a mobile terminal 40 of an adjustment object person. Next, the mobile terminal 40 transmits confirmation result information to the schedule adjustment device 20 on the basis of the received schedule confirmation request information. The schedule adjustment device 20 finally determines a schedule after schedule adjustment on the basis of the received confirmation result information.
