<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet transfer device (L2SW) suitable to real time packet transfer that is transmitted after establishing a session between terminals. <P>SOLUTION: In the packet transfer device composing a plurality of first line interface (INF) parts accommodating a user terminal, a second line INF part connected to a communication node device on a session managing device side and a protocol processing part, wherein the protocol processing part comprises a connection management table, a header information table and a control part, the control part updates the connection management table and the header information table upon receiving a particular session control packet from the first line INF parts, rewrites header information of a received packet on the basis of the header information table if a table entry corresponding to the header information of the received packet has been registered in the connection management table upon receiving a real time packet of any of the first line INF parts, and routes the received packet as it is if the table entry has not been registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
