PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket of an on-vehicle periphery monitoring machine capable of easily clipping the mounting bracket for mounting/fixing the periphery monitoring machine to upper and lower end portions of a license plate or either one of those, adjusting/regulating a fixing position of the periphery monitoring machine within a road regulation range, and arranged to be positioned on a center line of vehicle width. SOLUTION: The mounting bracket capable of mounting the periphery monitoring machine at the end portion of the license plate of the vehicle, comprises a clipping portion for clipping a recessed/projecting portion of the license plate, and a mounting surface on which the periphery monitoring machine is mounted.
