The system has a palatal formed as a point-like support part and has a divided sheet for fastening to an anterior tooth and an incisor for producing a constant pressure distribution on a palate seam. A coupling unit (9) is provided between a fixing part e.g. implant, for attaching to the palatal and a bar (5) for connecting with an extension part (4), and is adjusted and locked with respect to the position of an end.
