PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery container which is adaptable to a specially large commodity, and in the meantime, is suitable for an important dimensional standard regarding standardized containers. SOLUTION: This container for transporting a specially large cargo is equipped with a base section, and an upper section. In this case, the base section has a dimension for being connected with a transport platform which is standardized. The upper section is connected with the base section, and regulates an adaptable space so that the specially large cargo may be received. The upper section is removable from the base section.
