The method involves producing electrical energy by a water-power plant, and providing an inlet structure to flooded residual holes of a strip-mining. A connection structure is provided between the residual holes of the strip-mining, and an outlet structure is provided to the residual holes of the strip-mining. A flooding structure is provided to a mining site of uranium, coal, and stone/earth industries.
