<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial eccentric screw pump for transferring and filling fluid, with high flow rate accuracy, low pulsation and the long service life. <P>SOLUTION: This uniaxial eccentric screw pump 11 is provided by mutually arranging the respective rotational axes at an interval, respectively, separately and rotatably supporting a rotor 12 and a stator 13, by fitting and inserting the female screw type rotor 12 to and into an inner hole 13a of the female screw type stator 13, and is constituted so that the rotor 12 and the stator 13 are respectively, separately and rotatingly driven by a rotor driving part 27 and a stator driving part 19, and the rotor 12 and the stator 13 are also respectively rotated in a mutually noncontact state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
