PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent product failure, device failure, and furthermore, increase in operational control man-hour resulting from an inappropriate position setting of a cutting blade or a partition plate of a storage unit for ejected papers in a creation process for a press printed matter. SOLUTION: The press printed matter creation device, which conducts powder adhesive application on a sheet 18, folding, press bonding, and cutting molding, includes an interlock position controlling unit 81 which interlocks the positions of the partition plate 12 of the ejected paper storage unit 10 which stores prepared press printed matters and the slitter 9a which cuts the sheet 18 so that the positions of the partition plate 12 and slitter 9a can be always interlocked and accurately set, thereby prevents product failure, device failure, and increase in control man-hour resulting from an error in setting the positions of the partition plate 12 and slitter 9a.
