PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein in the case of continuous footing specifications, a member is increased in height, and in order to cope with various floor plans, concrete foundation beam member is increased in number of kinds of shapes, the rugged part of the member lowers the production efficiency, intermingle of cast-in-place concrete parts causes difference in color due to difference in material age of concrete, and in installation in a site, the weight of the member is large so that horizontal-vertical fine adjustment is not simple. SOLUTION: The method is limited to mat foundation, and the arrangement can be constructed only by linear members. In order to secure the production efficiency, the rugged part corresponding to the leg parts is eliminated to be flat. The concrete foundation beam connecting member is adopted, so that the appearance is uniform and difference in color is not caused. By the screw parts of the steel-made leg part and the ground surface, stability is secured so that horizontal-vertical fine adjustment can be simply performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
