A hemp cloth scrubber is provided to sew and cut a hemp cloth fabric and to form a scrubber ring part at one side of a hemp cloth scrubber body in order to secure strong cleaning force and to reduce water contamination without using a cleaning assistant agent. A hemp cloth scrubber is made of a hemp cloth fabric(11). The hemp cloth scrubber has a hemp cloth scrubber body(1) having multi layers by cutting/sewing the hemp cloth fabric into rectangular or oval shapes. A scrubber ring part(2) is formed at one side of the hemp cloth scrubber body.
