LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY HAVING THE SAME

An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and an LCD comprising the same are provided to reinforce the strength of a sealant and improve the adhesive force of the sealant by forming a sealant protection wall for protecting the sealant and widening contact area with the sealant. An LCD panel comprises a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate, a CF(Color Filter) substrate bonded to the TFT substrate and having a sealant protection wall(270), and a sealant(280) formed within the sealant protection wall. The sealant protection wall is formed on an edge of the CF substrate, and contacted with the TFT substrate. The sealant protection wall includes a first sealant protection wall(270a) and a second sealant protection wall(270b) distanced from the first sealant protection wall at a predetermined interval.
