The double clutch has an inner clutch (2) which is connected with an inner shaft (3) and an inner disk carrier (7) for inner disks (4,5,6). An outer clutch (8), which is connected to an outer hollow shaft (9) coaxially disposed in relation to an inner shaft and comprises an outer disk carrier (10) for outer disks (11,12,13). A drive part (14) has a disk cage (18) for the drive disk (16,17) and is arranged between the inner and outer disk carriers. An independent claim is also included for a method for the production of a clutch cage of a double clutch.
