<p>The invention relates to an aseembly for handling the mobile short-circuiter in the electric installations situated at height, being designed for the necessity of eliminating the danger of producing damages and lethal accidents as a consequence of the forced (accidental) deflection of the mobile short-circuiters in the nearest electric installations, because of exceeding, in some situations, the handler's physical effort. According to the invention, the assembly for handling the mobile short-circuiter, in the electric installations situated at height, consists of a pliers roll (7, 8 and 9) for hanging and self-fixing on the installation, an electroinsulating rope with elastic hook (21) for hanging the short-circuiter clamp, a drum (14) with crank (15) fastened between two plates (16) on a chassis (17) whereon there are also located a ring (20) to which there is tied up a rope, by which the chassis (17) with drum (14) is clamped to a fix point, as close as possible to the place of mounting the mobile short-circuiter, and a support (18) on which there is mounted a device (19) which blocks the forced unrolling of the electroinsulationg rope. By means of the device (19) the mobile short-circuiter is mounted, in total safety, by that it does not allow the rope forced unwinding. The assembly is provided with at least three ring collars (22), which are clamped to the mobile short-circuiter clamps, thus making the handling easier.</p> |
