A method for preparing an atopic eczema relaxant composition is provided to obtain the composition which anionizes ozone molecules and moisturized the affected part due to be composed of natural vegetable and mineral materials, thereby inhibiting and alleviating atopic eczema symptoms of skin. A method for preparing an atopic eczema relaxant composition comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a powder of a natural mineral selected from the group consisting of mica, kiyoseki stone and a mixture thereof and a pine needle powder; (b) mixing 25-35 parts by weight of the natural mineral powder, 35-45 parts by weight of the pine needle powder, 0.5-1 part by weight of an antibacterial agent powder, 7-12 parts by weight of a green tea leaf powder, 0.5-1 part by weight of an onion peel powder, and 0.5-1 part by weight of ethanol regarding 100 parts by weight of alkaline ionized water; (c) stirring a mixture obtained from the step(b) for 110-130 minutes with recovering evaporated alkaline ionized water and reinjecting the recovered alkaline ionized water thereinto at a temperature of 80-90 deg.C to form a gel composition; (d) rapidly cooling the gel composition down to room temperature; and (e) aging the cooled gel at room temperature for 120 hours, wherein the antibacterial agent is a natural antibacterial agent including an extract of Scutellaria baicalensis, an extract of Moutan Radicis Cortex and an extract of grapefruit seed.
