A signal delay apparatus using a reflective wave is provided to improve a group delay characteristic of a filter by applying a reflective characteristic of a radio frequency signal to a delay apparatus. A signal delay apparatus using a reflective wave includes a circulator(300), and a delay filter(302). The circulator has a radio frequency input port, a delay filter connection port and a radio frequency output port. A first terminal of the delay filter is coupled to the delay filter connection port of the circulator. The delay filter delays the radio frequency signal which is inputted to the radio frequency input port. The second terminal of the delay terminal is coupled to a ground. The radio frequency signal inputted to the delay filter is reflected from the second terminal coupled to the ground. The reflected radio signal is outputted to a radio frequency output port of the circulator. The delay filter is a cavity filter having a plurality of cavities and a resonator. |
