A lubricant composition including an immunological enhancing agent which can induce mucosal immunity, a preparation method for the same, and a medical or diagnostic device including the same is provided to improve primary immunity against various diseases as well as providing the original role as a lubricant. A lubricant composition including an immunological enhancing agent includes: beta-glucan; cholera toxin B subunit; E.coli heat-labile toxin; pertusis; Lipopolysaccharide(LPS); monophosphoryl lipid A(MPL); oligodeoxynucleotides containing unmethylated dinucleotides; aluminum salt; Acanthopanax extract; Europe mistletoe lectin; Europe mistletoe lectin beta-chain; Korea mistletoe extract; Korea mistletoe lectin; Korea mistletoe lectin beta-chain; and a group comprising mixture of the above ingredients.
