A noise reduction type EPS ECU(Electronic Power Steering Electronic Control Unit) cover is provided to give a driver with pleasant driving condition by effectively blocking noise generated from a relay. A noise reduction type EPS ECU cover(200) comprises convex sections(210,220) which have a rectangular shape and an X shape, respectively. The convex sections reinforce strength of the noise reduction type EPS ECU cover having a thin thickness. The convex sections prevent the noise reduction type EPS ECU cover from being vibrated by noise generated from a relay. A sound absorbing member(230) is attached to an inner portion of the noise reduction type EPS ECU cover to effectively absorb noise generated from the relay.
