A fork device in a forklift truck is provided to fold a fork upward as well as control a width thereof right and left with a simple structure by a hydraulic cylinder installed to allow a pair of forks to be placed on a top of a shaft. A fork device in a forklift truck includes a carriage(10), a shaft(50), a first hydraulic cylinder(70), and a second hydraulic cylinder(73). A pair of forks(60) is coupled to the carriage moving up and down according to a mast rail. The shaft having a polygonal cross-section structure is inserted to a middle part of the carriage to be coupled. The shaft rotates forward and backward by external power. A connection hole is formed in a connection unit(63). The connection unit is inserted in a vertical end of the fork. The connection hole has the same shape with the shaft. |
