The invention relates to medicinal agent containing active substance and special additive. It contains N-(2,4-dioxo-6-methyl-5-pyrimidil)sulphonyl-N’-4-pyridin-carbonyl)hydrazine of formula (I)(I),or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in effective amount as active substance. In addition the medicinal agent can contain at least one antituberculous agent such as isoniaside, rifampicin, pyrazinamide. The medicinal agent can be prepared as tablets, combined tablets, capsules, syrup and injections. The medicinal agent has lower toxicity and more stabile when storing. |
