PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a reduction in size by directly connecting a stator winding to a lead wire with a lead wire holding part provided to a ring-shaped stator to eliminate a relay terminal. SOLUTION: The stator structure is molded by the use of a resin sealing material (10) in the lead wire holding part (20) extended to one second ring-shaped insulation cover (3) of the ring-shaped stator (1), while holding the lead wire (9), to directly connect the lead wire (9) to the stator winding (5).
