<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a plastic-containing solid fuel with the carbonization product of wastes, by which the solid fuel good in quality and moldability can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the plastic-containing solid fuel with the carbonization product of the wastes comprises separating mixed and delivered waste plastics 1 by a plastic separator 2, feeding, crushing and mixing the separated polyethylene 3 not containing chlorine-containing plastics 5 with the separated other plastic, and feeding the mixture of weight ratio 4 at the polyethylene 3 weight rate of≥25% and the rest of the other plastic 4 in a disintegrator 10, mixing the obtained plastic raw material 11 with the crushed product 14a of the carbonization product 14 of wastes 12 in the presence of a prescribed amount of water in a mixer 16, and then compression-molding the obtained raw material mixture 18 through a die 25 held at a temperature higher than 110°C which is the softening temperature of the polyethylene 3 of a compression molding machine 24, thereby forming the solid fuel 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
