PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for vertically holding a vehicle body without being affected by inclination and shape of a road surface and keeping a person in his riding state without taking out his feet even while he waits for a signal without the necessity of putting his feet on the ground to support the vehicle body every time the vehicle is stopped at low cost. SOLUTION: Arms 2 are connected to both side surfaces in the vicinity of a center of right and left lower parts of the vehicle body 1 so that the arms 2 may move forward and backward like pendulums by making a connecting part as a starting point. Wheels 5 are connected in rotatable states at distal ends of the right and left arms. Rotors 8 are connected to upper parts of the arms 2, the arms 2 are fixed by operating a caliper 10 connected to the vehicle body 1 by a lever 13 and grasping the rotor 8, and thereby the vehicle body 1 is vertically held. The right and left arms 2 separately move even when inclination and unevenness exist like the road surface 6 and the road surface 14, and thereby the wheel 5 at the distal end of each of the arms 2 can be brought into contact with the road surface.
