The use of shafts with reduced diameters in the profiling heads leads to flexion and detuning. Furthermore, the runout of the shafts can cause ejection of the shafts. In order to overcome these problems, the invention proposes to integrate the tuning of the shafts and shaping means through anti-flexion means. A profiling head (1) of a profiling machine comprises at least one shaping cassette (2) containing a set of two parallel shafts (20, 30) on which rollers (201 to 217; 301 to 310) separated by struts (200; 300) are mounted in order to for a rolling tool, and a frame having vertical posts (41, 51) supporting the shafts (20, 30) and a base (60), the posts being provided with vertical adjustment means (44 to 46; 54 to 56). According to the invention, the head also comprises tool alignment (61, 71) adjustment means, mounted laterally on each shaft (20, 30) linked (4, 5) with at least one vertical post (51), and anti-flexion adjustment members (90, 91) mounted substantially in a central position of each shaft (20, 30) linked (4, 5) with the base (60) and an adjustment beam (80) mounted on the vertical posts (41, 51) of the frame parallel to the shafts (20, 30). <0} |
