The device has flexible rectangular rubber plates (14), which are formed with holes (22) at broadside edges (16) that are removed from each other. A set of bars (18) is pushed through the holes formed in the rubber plates, and is provided congruently in a drop-shaped folded condition of the rubber plates. Another set of bars (24) is passed through lugs (20) and is fixable in underground. A third set of bags (36) arranged in an inner area of the rubber plates is fillable with a filling material.
